Minimum Orders
Canada
The minimum order is $100.00 net. Orders calling for less than minimum order will receive a special handling charge of $7.00 + shipping charge.
United States
The minimum order is $750.00.
Delivery Terms
Prepaid shipments for Canadian customers will be guaranteed on all orders meeting the minimum of $400.00 net. ($750.00 net for U.S. customers). Winnable reserves the right to choose a suitable carrier and whenever possible an O.P.M.A.C. carrier will be selected.
Returns
Merchandise returned for credit must be authorized in writing by winnable enterprise. Transportation charges for returns must be prepaid. Merchandise must be returned within ninety days from the date of the original shipment. There are no returns allowed on special runs or discontinued products.
Freight Claims
Customers must notify Winnable Enterprise within seventy-two hours of damages or shortages to be advised of claim procedures.
Payment
Net 30 days from invoice date.

Prices are exclusive of all taxes.
